Academic Background & Professional Qualifications
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Behavior & Market Research from the University of Michigan, where I graduated with distinction in 2016. My capstone project focused on evaluating how customer satisfaction surveys influence retail decision-making research that was later referenced in the Journal of Retail Insights & Consumer Analytics in 2017.
I later earned my Master’s in Data Analytics & Digital Experience Management from Northeastern University in 2018.
